1. Who we are
This website is operated by Ganiva (“Ganiva”, “we”, “us”). Write to us at info@ganiva.in. The contracting customer is the parent or legal guardian who makes the purchase (“you”).
2. The service
Ganiva will sell a digital educational service: a personalised, machine-learning and deep-learning skill snapshot for a child, followed by a parent guide sent by email. The assessment and email guide are provided only after successful payment. Online payments are not yet enabled. The site currently shows “Coming soon”.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian of the child named in the order. The child using the assessment should be between 5 and 12 years of age. You are responsible for supervising the child’s use of the assessment.
4. Nature of the assessment
The Skill Snapshot is an educational information product. It is not a medical, psychiatric, or psychological diagnosis, not an IQ or board examination, and not a guarantee of school performance, admission, or future outcomes. Machine-learning insights can be incomplete or incorrect. You should use the parent guide as one input, not as professional advice.
5. Account and access
When payments go live, access to the assessment will be tied to the successful order and the email address you provide. You must provide accurate billing and contact details. Sharing, reselling, or publicly posting assessment items or the parent guide is not allowed.
6. Price and payment
A price will be shown at checkout when payments go live. Payments will be collected through an authorised Indian payment gateway when checkout is enabled. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on this website. Until then, no amount can be charged.
7. Delivery
This is a digital service. There is no physical shipment. After payment is live and completed, the parent receives assessment access, then a parent guide by email.
8. Cancellations and refunds
Ganiva does not offer refunds. See the Refunds policy. That policy forms part of these terms.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or assessment, including attempting to copy questions at scale, reverse-engineer systems, submit another child’s data without authority, or use the service in a way that harms a child. We may suspend access if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
10. Intellectual property
The Ganiva name, website, assessment content, and parent guide format are owned by Ganiva or its licensors. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the assessment for one child and to use the emailed guide for that family’s private parenting purposes.
11. Privacy
How we handle parent and child information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using this website or buying the service, you confirm you have read that policy and can consent on behalf of the child.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, Ganiva is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on the snapshot or parent guide. Our total liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms for future use. Paid orders are governed by the terms in force at the time of payment.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection venue that applies to you.
15. Grievance officer
Complaints: Grievance Officer, Ganiva, India. Email: info@ganiva.in. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to close them within one month.
16. Contact
